CCTV Camera Installation – Construction Factory
ELV Techies Integrators LLC was contracted to design and install a robust CCTV surveillance system for a large construction material factory in Qatar’s Industrial Area. The client required 24/7 security coverage across operational zones, storage yards, vehicle entry/exit points, and staff areas to ensure site safety, loss prevention, and real-time monitoring.

Site Survey & Security Planning
- Identified key risk zones including loading bays, warehouses, and machinery areas
- Recommended camera types and placements for full coverage
CCTV Installation
- Installation of 64 high-definition IP cameras (Hikvision and Dahua brands)
- Mixture of fixed lens and PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras
- Outdoor cameras rated IP66 for weather resistance
- Pole mounting, wall mounting, and elevated installation on warehouse rooftops
Network & Recording
- Laid CAT6 structured cabling and fiber optics for long-distance camera runs
- Installed and configured NVRs with up to 90-day recording capacity
- Set up remote viewing via mobile app and web dashboard
Power Supply & UPS
- Configured PoE switches to power IP cameras
- Installed a backup UPS system to ensure recording during power cuts
Monitoring Station Setup
Live streaming, playback, motion alerts, and event tagging enabled
Wall-mounted multi-screen display in security room
